Media volunteers are the reason Sunday looks calm. WorshipDeck gives you one console (preview, go live, every output, live edit) in the browser, with a library the whole church shares.
You should not be the only person who can unlock a desktop install.
Booth flow
- Confirm screens are ready (Android TV or desktop outputs paired, Local monitors bound)
- Open this week's service
- Click Present → open outputs → Start
- Advance with next/previous or the filmstrip
- Switch items when worship ends and the message begins
- Edit in place if a lyric or verse is wrong. Do not end live unless you mean to
- Open presenter views for the pastor and band if they need them
- End when the gathering is done
Service automation can run the walk-in loop so you are not tapping Next during greetings.
Outputs, not magic
- Local screens: browser windows on a booth PC, with an optional one-time Windows fullscreen-policy helper for multi-monitor HDMI
- Remote screens: paired Android TV or desktop app outputs
- Layouts: which variant each screen shows
Preflight before live. Allow pop-ups. Prefer uploaded media over flaky YouTube embeds on TV outputs.
On a Windows or Mac booth, also confirm this week's presentation or service says Ready offline. That rehearsal check downloads the slides, media, and output pages the desktop Presenter needs to start locally if the connection is unavailable.
