Live presentation without stopping the room

Present mode is the operator console, not what the congregation watches. You preview slides, go live, open outputs, and control every screen from one browser surface.

WorshipDeck is designed so a typo, a skipped song, or a last-minute scripture change does not mean black screens while you scramble.

Presentation present vs service present

• Presentation present: one deck. Use it for a standalone song, a sermon, or an announcement.
• Service present: the full setlist. A filmstrip of items lets you switch decks while live. Chord charts and notes can follow the current item.

Preview, then go live

Before Start, browse the filmstrip and plan the flow. Audience outputs do not follow preview actions.

When you go live:

• A sync indicator shows realtime is active
• Outputs, presenter views, and your preview stay together as you advance
• End when the gathering is done or you take a break

Test outputs before service. Popup blockers can block local screen windows. Remote displays such as Android TV need to be paired and online: see wireless displays.

For internet resilience, pair and sync the desktop app before the gathering. Its downloaded Ready offline presentations and services can start locally after an outage or app restart, then run on that booth's paired monitors in Local only mode.

Controls operators actually use

• Next / Previous and keyboard advance
• Filmstrip jump to a slide or (in a service) another item
• Edit: a modal overlay so you fix content without leaving present
• Annotations: draw or laser on the live slide; clear on slide change
• Media controls: play/pause video and audio; automatic vs manual start; session override when you need it
• Variant switching while live for multi-translation or confidence layouts
• Screen layout per presentation, or per service item from the setlist menu

Preflight checks help you see which screens are ready before you go live.

Outputs are not the operator preview

The congregation sees outputs: projector, TV, stream, lobby display. You open them from the bottom panel: local browser windows on a booth PC, or Open on display for a paired remote screen.

Content variants and screen layouts decide whether a given output shows main lyrics, a lower third, or a blank/confidence view.

After the first Sunday

Operators tell us the feature they cannot give back is live edit. Build during the week in presentations. Run the order as a service. Fix what you must without training the room to wait on a reboot.
