WorshipDeck sermon notes are where the message lives before it becomes a deck. Write in the browser, keep verses nearby, and move from outline to spoken manuscript to presentation slides without bouncing across Word, a Bible app, and PowerPoint.

The workflow matches how many pastors already think:

Prep (research) → Sermon (speech) → Presentation (slides) → Sunday

Not every step is required. You can stop after an outline, type the manuscript yourself, or skip slide generation and build the deck by hand.

A library for series, not a pile of files

Open Sermon Notes to create a blank note or start with AI assistance. Folders and search keep a series together. Cards show whether a note has Prep, Speech, or both — so you can see at a glance what is ready for Sunday.

You are not storing sermons on one laptop. The church workspace holds notes the same way it holds presentations and media.

The editor is split on purpose:

• Prep — outline, research, scripture, commentary notes, the work you do Tuesday through Thursday
• Sermon — the manuscript you will actually speak

References sit beside the writing surface: verses, commentaries, and quotes, using the translations your church has approved in settings. Personal default translation lives in your Bible preferences.

Autosave keeps the work. You do not export a fragile file at midnight.

AI assistance — optional, reviewable

When you want a first draft, AI can help generate prep or speech and turn sermon speech into a presentation you then open in the slide editor. That is assistance, not autopilot.

Stay in control:

• Start from a blank New note if you already have an outline
• Use AI when you want a starting point on a topic or passage
• Edit every line before it reaches the congregation
• Generate slides, then fix layout, theme, and timing like any other deck

Sensitive pastoral content is your call. Do not paste counseling notes or private names into AI prompts. Keep those in Prep only if your team agrees they belong in the church workspace at all.

From notes to the platform

Speaker notes on slides are what you open on a podium tablet during the message — presenter views stay in sync while the operator advances. The congregation sees the deck, not your manuscript.

When the sermon deck is part of a larger Sunday order, add it to a service like any other presentation.
