A media library you actually find things in

Sunday is faster when the right background is not buried in a shared drive named FINAL_final2. WorshipDeck's media library keeps church images, video, and audio in one place you search, folder, and reuse from every presentation.

Upload from the computer you are on, or drag files onto the page. Folders follow how churches already think: series art, campus, kids, seasonal, stock backgrounds.

Built for reuse, not one-off dumps

Every asset can be:

• Renamed, tagged, moved, or deleted
• Opened for details and a shareable link
• Inserted as an image, video, or audio element on a slide
• Used as a slide or deck background

Thumbnail view is for scanning. Details view is for names and types. Your preference is saved. Bulk select handles cleanup after a big drop of conference photos.

Duplicate detection helps when the same file is uploaded twice. Empty folders can be removed; folders with files need to be cleared first.

Search that matches how volunteers look

Search by name or tag. Filter by images, videos, or audio. Limit results to the current folder when you are already in "Easter 2026."

When Media AI is on for the church, search can use more than filenames:

• Suggested tags on analyzed images and video
• Semantic / hybrid search when analysis is available
• Badges for analyzed, needs review, analyzing, or failed

Admins enable Media AI under church settings, optionally analyze new uploads automatically, and choose a tag review mode. If AI is off, the library still works: you search names and tags you typed yourself.

AI analysis consumes plan capacity. Treat it as a time-saver for large libraries, not a requirement to insert a logo on a slide.

Animate a still into a short video

A still background can sit there. A short motion clip holds the room during walk-in and worship without a motion-design budget.

On a ready image, open the ⋮ menu and click Animate this image. WorshipDeck creates a 5- or 10-second video and saves it next to the still: same folder, or Generated Videos if the image is at the library root.

• Choose Video length: 5 seconds or 10 seconds
• If this image already has a clip, Use existing video or Regenerate
• Keep working in the library while the job queues
• Insert the new clip on a slide like any other library video

Need it on the slide you are already editing? Animate from the presentation editor Styling panel instead. The editor swaps the still for the video when it is ready; stay on that slide until it finishes.

Animating uses account credit, not the monthly AI allowance. If credit is empty, add it in billing first. Image animation may be off for some churches — ask an admin if the action is missing.

From library to live screens

In the editor, Image, Video, and Audio on the insert bar open this same library. YouTube is a URL embed (with the usual embed limits on some display devices); for critical playback, prefer an uploaded file or an animated still from your own photography.

Video and audio may show a short preparing state while WorshipDeck processes the file. Each slide can have one video element and one audio element, including YouTube in that video slot.
