Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WorshipDeck ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use WorshipDeck — including our marketing website at worshipdeck.ai, our web application, and related services (together, the "Service").
Who we are
WorshipDeck is operated as an individual sole proprietorship doing business as WorshipDeck, located in the United States of America.
Contact: hello@worshipdeck.ai
What we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information — such as name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and authentication-related data when you create or sign in to an account.
- Church and workspace data — content and settings you or your team store in a church or tenant workspace, such as services, slides, songs, media metadata, sermon notes, roles, and invitations.
- Billing information — subscription plan, billing contact details, and payment-related records processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser or device type, approximate location derived from IP, log data, and how you interact with the Service, for security, reliability, and product improvement.
- Communications — messages you send us (for example support or sales emails) and related metadata.
- Cookies and similar technologies — described in the Cookies and analytics section below.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and administer church workspaces;
- process subscriptions, invoices, and related billing;
- send transactional emails (such as account, security, and billing notices) and, where permitted, product updates;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- monitor for abuse, fraud, and security threats; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Church and tenant data
WorshipDeck is a multi-tenant service. Content and settings associated with a church or workspace are generally accessible to authorized members of that church according to roles and permissions you configure.
You and your church are responsible for the content you upload or enter into the Service, for choosing who has access, and for obtaining any consents required for that content. We process church data to provide the Service to you and as otherwise described in this policy.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host and operate the Service, store data, send email, process payments, provide analytics, prevent abuse, and support our infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as required by law.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect the rights, safety, and security of WorshipDeck, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site and, where applicable, the application. For example, we may use a cookie to remember your theme preference (light, dark, or system).
Our marketing site may use Google Analytics (or similar tools) to understand aggregate traffic and usage. Analytics providers may collect device and usage information subject to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
How long we keep information
We retain account, church, billing, and usage information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close an account or delete church data, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).
Your choices
Depending on your account and role, you may update profile information and manage church content within the Service.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. Transactional and account-related emails may still be sent as needed to operate the Service.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@worshipdeck.ai. Church administrators may also need to act on content stored in their workspace.
- We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
