Presenter views for the preacher and the band

The house projector is for the congregation. The preacher still needs notes. The band still needs chords. WorshipDeck presenter views are separate, synced tabs — speaker notes and chord charts — that follow live navigation without appearing on audience screens.

Open them from present mode, then drag the tab to a podium tablet or a music-stand laptop.

Speaker notes

Each slide (and variant, if you use them) can carry rich-text notes. The notes view:

• Highlights the current slide
• Scrolls to keep that section in view while live
• Shows a Live badge when the deck or service is actually live

Write notes in the presentation editor or let Ezra draft a starting point you edit. Pastors who keep a full manuscript in sermon notes still often put cues — not the whole speech — on slide notes.

Chord charts

Worship decks with chord data get Open chord charts. The view is lyrics plus chords for the whole deck, for musicians, not a confidence-monitor variant.

Open chords from service present on Sunday. That way the chart includes the service id and follows item switches. Opening from the presentations library is fine for rehearsal of one song; it will not follow the next item in the setlist.

If a song has no chart, the view waits until you advance to a song that does.

Display settings

Font size, colors, and which variant you are reading are adjustable so a dim stage laptop stays readable. Keep presenter views on devices that face the team, never on the house send.

Sunday habit

1. Operator opens service present (or presentation present for one deck)
2. Preacher opens speaker notes on the podium device
3. Worship leader opens chord charts on a stage device
4. Operator clicks Start
5. Everyone stays in sync without radios calling "what slide are we on?"
