WorshipDeck's editor and live controls run in modern browsers on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook, phones, and tablets. Dedicated outputs can use Android TV, WorshipDeck Display for Fire TV, or the optional Windows and Mac desktop app.

No installation is required for the editor or browser operator console. Sign in from a modern browser. Optional Android TV, Fire TV, and Windows or Mac display apps are available when you want dedicated display outputs or a booth host.

Build slides with text, scripture, quotes, lyrics, images, video, audio, QR codes, and countdowns. Apply a reusable theme, then adjust individual slides when needed.

Yes. Use lyrics for the main audience slide and a confidence variant when a stage screen needs different content. Musicians can also open a full chord chart presenter view with key and capo controls.

Yes. Duplicate a built-in theme or create a church theme with your colors, typography, backgrounds, screen shapes, and chord styling. Your team can reuse it across presentations.

Write research in Prep and the spoken message in Sermon. You can create a presentation from the note, then review and edit every slide before using it live.

No. Ezra proposes text, notes, images, or slides for you to review. You choose what to apply, skip, or edit before it reaches the presentation.

Yes. WorshipDeck is designed so you can edit live presentations and services without interrupting what's on screen. Fix a typo, change your service order, or adjust a slide while live output keeps running.

A presentation is one deck of slides. A service is an ordered setlist of presentations for the gathering. The operator can move between worship, announcements, and the sermon from one live workspace.

WorshipDeck is built for browser-based presentation across your venue. Control everything from a laptop, Chromebook, or tablet. You can drive paired displays through Android TV or WorshipDeck Display for Fire TV, use your operating system's screen sharing, or connect a computer directly with HDMI or a similar cable. No special WorshipDeck hardware is required.

Use Local browser windows on the operator computer, pair Remote Android TV or Fire TV displays, or host multiple Remote outputs from the Windows or Mac desktop app. Screen layouts decide what each destination receives.

Yes. Content variants keep alternate versions tied to one main slide. A layout can send full lyrics to the room, a lower third to the stream, and confidence content to the stage while the operator advances once.

No. Presenter views open in separate browser tabs for podium or stage devices. They follow the live presentation without appearing on audience outputs.

Yes, from the Windows or Mac desktop app after an online sync. Presentations and services marked Ready offline can start and run on that booth’s paired monitors without a server connection, including after an app restart. Pairing, syncing, browser editing and operation, and remote Android or Fire TV outputs still require internet. A service is ready only when every presentation it uses has finished syncing.

It is the Windows and Mac booth host. Pair it to your church, sync presentations and services for offline use, and bind outputs to physical monitors that open in borderless fullscreen. You still build and edit in the web app; the desktop Presenter runs the room and can enter Local only mode when the server is unavailable.

Yes. Church members work from the same presentations, services, songs, media, sermon notes, and themes. Ministries organize people and services; they are labels, not content permissions. Admin and Member roles control access to church-wide settings.

Yes. Church admins invite members, assign roles, and organize ministries. Admins also manage church settings, billing, screens, layouts, and other shared configuration.

WorshipDeck uses editing sessions and locking to prevent people from silently overwriting one another. Team members can see when a presentation is already being edited.

Yes. A person can have memberships in multiple churches and switch the active church. Each church keeps its own library, members, settings, and subscription.

WorshipDeck has two paid plans: Starter and Church. Both include the same product features; they differ by capacity (members, ministries, presentations, storage, and monthly AI allowance). See the Pricing page for current prices, or choose a plan when you sign up.

New churches start with a free trial on the plan you choose. Annual billing includes one month free. Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from church settings. For billing help, contact hello@worshipdeck.ai.

Both paid plans include a monthly AI allowance for supported text and analysis work. AI image generation and Animate this image use account credit instead. Allowance capacity varies by plan, and admins can review usage and manage optional credit top-ups from billing settings.
