WorshipDeck is church software, not a single-user slideshow. Your team shares one library: presentations, services, songs, sermon notes, and media.
Invite people, give them a role, put them in a ministry, and let them sign in from whatever device they have. Sunday is no longer "only on the media director's laptop."
Roles that match volunteer reality
- Admin: church settings, members, ministries, screens, billing, usage
- Member: prep and present with the shared library
Invites can assign people to ministries, giving admins a clear record of where each volunteer serves. Presentations, services, songs, notes, and media remain part of the shared church library.
Invite, don't copy files
Admins send email invites with a role and ministries. Invitees create an account (Google or password) and land in the church that invited them. They do not need a separate subscription.
Edit sessions still protect a deck or service while someone is actively editing. Collaboration is "shared library + clear locks," not silent overwrite.
One login, more than one church
People who help at a plant and a sending church, or a staff member who sits in two organizations, keep a global login and switch active church. Libraries and billing stay isolated per church.
Settings that make Sunday repeatable
Admins configure once so volunteers are not guessing:
- Church name, denomination, preferred Bible translations
- Screens and layouts for the room
- Media AI if you want smarter search
- Billing, usage limits, and support tools

Plans are church-owned
Subscriptions live on the church. Both plans include the same product features; pricing differs by capacity (members, ministries, presentations, storage, AI allowance). If a subscription lapses, access is gated for the whole church, which is why an admin should own billing.
